A vision and a mission is like planning a road trip…when you know your destination (vision), you can plan your route (mission).

Our vision is what the mission will look like when it is lived out in our church and our community.

Vision…

“Driven by our love for the Lord and obedience to his commandments, we aim to cultivate a vibrant faith community that transforms lives through compassionate service and genuine relationships, all for the glory of God.”

“To Cultivate”: Implies intentional growth and nurturing. We are actively working to develop and strengthen our faith and community.

“Vibrant Faith Community”: The church is lively, energetic, and full of spiritual vitality.

“Transforms Lives”: We aim to have a significant and positive impact on people. Through the Holy Spirit, we seek to help people change in their spiritual, personal, and social lives as a result of their involvement with the church.

“Through Compassionate Service”: We are committed to helping others. Engaged in acts of kindness and assistance, motivated by empathy and care for others.

“And Genuine Relationships”: Authentic connections within our church community are important. We value deep, meaningful interactions and a close-knit atmosphere.

Mission…

“Loving God, loving others, and working wholeheartedly for the Lord in all we do.”

Christ is whom we serve, and we will serve Him through the greatest commandments.

Matthew 22:37-39 “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, you shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

LOVE GOD, LOVE PEOPLE

“Loving God”: Directly reflects the first part of Jesus’ greatest commandment and it emphasizes the primary importance of our relationship with God.”

“Loving Others”: This corresponds to the second greatest commandment as stated by Jesus. It highlights the importance of our relationship with other people and our responsibility to care for them.

“Working wholeheartedly for the Lord in all we do”: Drawn from Colossians 2:23-24. It emphasizes the deliberate decision to follow God and serve Him in every aspect of life.
